We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and money order. At this time we do not accept American Express, Discover or personal checks. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Shipping Policy:

The following shipping rates apply to the Continental United States, however One World Blue Does Ship Internationally, see below. Some exceptions to the standard shipping rates of the Continental United States apply and are noted in the descriptions of those items in the catalog. All orders are shipped UPS and USPS. Rush orders are through DHL and will be received within three to four business days. Cost for a Rush order within the Continental United States is: All Rush orders $150, or under, have a flat rate of $59.95 shipping and handling fee. Anything above $150, the rush fee is 40% of the retail price. For Rush orders, internationally, please email us at info@oneworldblue.com for a quote.

The shipping rates for regular delivery (non-rush items) in the Continental United States is as follows:

One World Blue Ships Internationally. There is a $100 minimum order for International Shipments. Once you make a purchase a standard shipping fee will apply, however the total cost will not be calculated until our office checks with UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL. We will contact you for approval and then the correct amount will be charged to your credit card. All items must be signed for upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all duties and customs. All international sales are final. 

This is a general shipping guideline. Some items have different shipping rates . These items include the categories of AskNoah, Jewelry, and Dead Sea Products. They will have separate shipping charges in addition to anything else purchased from the rest of the catalog.

An additional freight charge may apply to larger items. Any item that may have an additional freight charge says so in the item description in the catalog. For any item in which an additional freight may apply, the customer may call our office first or e-mail info@oneworldblue.com  to find out what the additional charge may be depending on the shipping location.

These prices are for shipping and handling. The customer can expect to receive domestic orders within 7- 10 business days. International orders take anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on location and which item is purchased. Some exceptions may apply. Return Policy:

We have a 30 day return policy for broken or damaged merchandise. The 30 days begins from time of purchase. The customer should usually have the item within two weeks. For most items, a shipping label will be sent to you and you can send the merchandise back to have it replaced. Exchanges are within 30 days from purchase, but there is a 25% restocking fee of the original price. Non-defective merchandise must meet the following criteria: 1) Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as it was shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. 2) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Privacy Policy:

For each visitor to our website, our Web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address of its visitor. We share with no one information from our visitors regarding the domain name, e-mail, personal or shipping address and billing information or any other personal information from our visitors. We collect the e-mail address only of those visitors who communicate with us directly through e-mail or phone. The information we collect for the places of our site that are visited and any information that is offered by the consumer is for our purposes only, designed to assist us in improving our Web page. This information is collected for our review and then discarded.

Animal Safe:

Our Bath and Beauty products are animal safe. They have not been tested on any animal.

Proposition 65:

Many of our products originate in the state of California. In California there exists California Proposition 65 which requires notice about exposure to certain chemicals. The materials used in printing the decorations found on the exterior of some of our ceramic and glass products contain trace amounts of lead and cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Any product bought from OneWorldBlue that requires the Proposition 65 warning on it will have a label as such on the packaging.
