Torah View Mt. Zion Jerusalem 

Rabbi Efraim Sprecher was a student of Harav Yaakov Kamenetsky and Harav Gedaliah Shor and was granted smicha by Yeshivas Torah Vadaas. Rabbi Sprecher was a Professor of Judaic studies at Touro College in New York. Upon making aliyah, he has lectured and taught Judaic studies in Israel for many years. He writes a monthly column on various Judaic issues including Jewish Press, and lectures regularly at Israel Center. He is the Dean of Students at the Diaspora Yeshivah, Mt. Zion, Jerusalem.

 Our aim at Torah View Mt. Zion, Jerusalem is to fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah 2:3 "...for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem".
